With the Automation Line from Escha, specialist for cable- and connection technology, Turck now offers a wide range of connector products which meet nearly all demands of engineering. Until now it was usual to use different types of conduits for different requirements, but the Automation Line with the new S370-cable fulfills all established requirements. The user can effectively reduce his storage costs with this standardized follow-up solution. The S370-cable is UL-approved and suitable for drag chains. It is free of halogen, silicone and PVC, flame-retardant and resistant against welding sparks, chemicals, oil, microbes and hydrolysis.

The Automation Line consists of M8x1- and M12x1-round plug-in connectors in different types and polarities. The two designs are also available with LED in an angular type. They can be equipped with both normal voltage- and switching status display or just with a switching status display. All products are dust- and waterproof according to IP67 and available with 2, 3 or 4 poles.

Escha integrated the self-developed two-shell-shielding concept into the shielded versions of the Automation Line. Based on a housing crimp connection, a steady 360°-shielding of the connector is guaranteed, even at high mechanical pressure and vibrations. The two-component over moulding makes sure, that the demands of IP67 and IP69K are met.
