Gammapilot M FMG60 is the first gamma transmitter developed in compliance with SIL2 according to IEC 61508

The Gammapilot M with SIL2 offers a suitable solution for overfill protection or maximum level limit monitoring of all types of liquids and bulk solids in vessels, to satisfy the particular requirements of safety-related systems in accordance with IEC 61508.

As confirmed by independent test authorities (TÜV Rheinland and Exida) Gammapilot M FMG60 can be used in SIL2 safety-related applications.

The Gammapilot M is based on the radiometric measurement technology which is used when other methods failed because of extreme process conditions. This conditions demand highest availability, reliability and safety.
