ETX® module with Intel® Core™2 Duo, supports SATA and Dual-channel 24-bit LVDS

ETX-NR667

The ETX-NR667, based on Intel® Core™2 Duo processor, together with the Intel® Mobile 945GM Express chipset provides the highest performance per watt on a computer-on-module available in the market today.

ADLINK Technology announces, a new member to its ETX® family of Computers-on-Modules. The new ETX-NR667 is based on the latest ETX® form factor 3.02 that allows the addition of two SATA ports to the module while maintaining full backward compatibility with earlier ETX® versions. Essentially that means any carrier board in production and based on earlier ETX® versions need not be redesigned to accommodate the ETX-NR667 and make use of its SATA ports.

The ETX® Computer-on-Module concept of off-the-shelf core modules, combined with custom made carrier boards, dramatically reduces product development time and time to market. With all major functions already included on the Computer-on-Module, system developers and OEM's can now focus on their core competencies and the unique system values of their products. The ETX® form factor is competitively priced for OEM projects with production quantities ranging from 500 to 50,000 units.

The new ETX-NR667 is slated for the Medical Automation, Gaming, Instrumentation, POS, Mobile Computing and Transportation industry.

About ETX-NR667
