Intelligent drives even more flexible and economical The demand for more and more compact and flexible drive systems for applications in small spaces is fulfilled by the new FlexiDrive range from Baumer.

The compact servo drive FlexiDrive MSQA with Ø 46 mm and the positioning drive FlexiDrive MSIA with Ø 42 mm feature high functionality, extreme ruggedness and a precise absolute multiturn position measurement with a positioning resolution as high as <0.02°.

With power ratings of 6 to 238 Watts, Baumer offers a wide range of standard products and customer-specific drive solutions with accessories from a single source. New gearings with end hollow and through hollow shafts are also available now, with which the drive integration into the application is quick and even more convenient and space-saving.

All drives are available with CANopen interfaces. Profibus-DP with S7 function modules is also available with all the MSIA variants. All products can be very easily commissioned. Simple addressing and choice of the transmission are sufficient.
