FANUC Robot Arc Mate 50iB

This particular robot is suited for arc welding applications. It is a compact, 6 axis, serial link, electric servo driven robot. It is also designed to maximize throughput and use of floor space by providing a flexible, high speed design in a proven and reliable mechanical unit. The Arc Mate 50ib is controlled by an R-J3ib controller with Arc Tool application software.

In order to increase flexibility, this robot can be mounted on the floor, on an angle, or inverted and with its small footprint & wrist design enables it to find placement in tight installations. The Arc Mates design allows for extremely small weld cells or a high density of arc welding torches in given area. It comes with the fastest wrist axes in class to provide increased throughput by quickly reorienting the weld torch.

Application Arc Mate 50iB Options
