The technology in detail

Cushioning

• Choice of three types of cushioning:
– Flexible cushioning without metal end stop (P)
– Flexible cushioning with metal end stop (P1)
– Hydraulic shock absorbers (Y3)

Coarse stroke adjustment

• The end stop for the front end position can be adjusted mechanically,
e.g. to shorten the stroke

Clamping unit

• Mechanical clamping, for fixing the slide in any position; frictional locking (C)

End position locking

• Mechanical locking when the end position is reached, for fixing the slide in the
unpressurised, retracted state; positive locking (E3)

• Wide roller track, which provides extremely high rigidity
