Series IZN

The Series IZN, Nozzle Type Ionizer is ideal for eliminating static electricity on small parts including IC chips. Also this unit can be used for dust blow and static charge removal from the part. With slim design (16mm thickness) this ionizer provides ion balance of +/-10V. The power supply to the ionizer is built inside the module and the device provides signal when the electrode needle is contaminated Multiple units can be configured in to a manifold and can be mounted on a DIN rail or on a pivot bracket or an L bracket. Individual units can be mounted direct, top through hole or bottom tapped hole The Ionizer can be integrated with external switch inputs to monitor emission of static electricity.
