GT Series Programmable Display

Programmable displays are commonly known as HMI (Human-machine interfaces), which relates human intentions to the machine and display the machine’s status to humans.

Based on the concept of “Accurate, Quicker and Easier operations”, GT series of programmable display from Panasonic Electric Works focuses on operator friendliness and easier communication of information by machines (machines designers).

For product line up, we have models ranging from ultra compact 3-inch display unit to commonly industrial used model 6-inch display unit (both monochrome and color are available). Each having it own unique features and niche points to suit different markets.

Wide variety of functions have been developed to cater for different application, namely alarm logging function, recipe function, graph function, flow display function, multi-language exchange function, write device function etc.

New features are added into the GT05/GT32 models supporting multiple GT display units to our FP series PLC, password protection function that allows 64 operators to set individual password and 16 different levels of security.

With the popularity of USB interface, our GT05/GT32 comes with USB port for ease and quick transfer of program. SD memory slot is also available for duplicating of program and storing of sound files (GT32T1) for sound output.

Linking of our display unit to other brands of PLC is also possible by choosing the model from our PLC compatible list.

For the screen creation software, we have adopted the method “drag and drop” of parts from our libraries to make screen creation easier. Customer could also create their own customize library by using the same “drag and drop” method for future use.

In conclusion, GT series programmable display is pursing the fundamentals of communication brings out the beauty of functionality.
