Youtilize® from FlexLink is a MES (Manufacturing Execution Software).

Youtilize® manages all resources available in the production: operators, machines and parts used as well as data and information needed for production. It enables an optimal utilization of all resources available in the line and thus enhancing line efficiency.

Youtilize® is nothing less than extending Lean from the product configuration, the set of the manufacturing sequence, managing the shop floor to the communication with the company ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for order entry and closing.

Real time communication
Youtilize® is a single piece production tool that requires an identification of the product unit, which can be made with an intelligent carrier like the X85 pallet. Youtilize® communicates in real time with the product and the resources available in the line. The product bill of material, order entry and planning can be managed either in Youtilize® or be imported from the ERP system.

Youtilize® enables the standardization and quality assurance of operations and automatically follow up of operations made. Instructions can be available to operators and linked to the product in hand. Through Youtilize®, the product is directed to the available work station following Kanban principles, or with given priority rules.

The system handles all data needed to run the production. It as well takes care of data generated during production, providing the possibility to optimize and balance the production in real time. Data stored for statistical reasons provides crucial input to product and production planning and continuous improvement work.
