A New 1-Pole Semiconductor Contactor Increases Carlo Gavazzi's Offer in The Switching Device Market

The new product further completes the company’s popular RJ family.

Carlo Gavazzi Automation, the international electronics Group with activities in the design, manufacturing and marketing of electronic equipment, launches the RJ MIDI 40A, a new, general-purpose 1-pole semiconductor contactor.
Designed and developed by the Carlo Gavazzi team in Malta, this range bridges the gap between the RJ MINI (30A)and the RJ MIDI (45, 50A) by providing new current and l2t rating.

Especially conceived for industrial heater loads, the RJ MIDI 40A can be offered as a complimentary product to the RJ MINI, when customers ask for a 30A device needing to operate at 40°C. It also provides a more cost-effective solution for the 30-40A range than the RJ MIDI 45A.

“With this new product, Carlo Gavazzi continues providing solutions to fit customers’ requirements and helping them to improve their competitiveness.” – remarks Michael Mifsud International Product Manager – “We strongly believe this new range of products will satisfy the market’s growing need for modern, reliable and money- saving devices”.

The versatility of the RJ MIDI 40A allows it to be employed in different markets such as HVAC, Plastic & Rubber,Food & Beverage and Packaging.
