Award recognizes growing user preference for Rockwell Automation process solutions

Rockwell Automation has been selected as this year's best supplier of process control automation systems in CONTROL magazine's Readers' Choice Awards. The award affirms the company's commitment to availing a single, plant-wide control platform for process, discrete, batch, motion, safety and information disciplines.

Rockwell Automation received 16 first-place finishes in CONTROL magazine – including three awards for recently acquired Pavilion Technologies. Awards were presented to Rockwell Automation in the following categories: data acquisition system, input/output system, operator interface terminal, panel display, process control/automation system, programmable logic controller, remote terminal unit, safety/emergency shutdown system, alarm management software, human-machine interface software, loop tuning software, PLC programming software and variable speed drive. In addition, Pavilion Technologies received first-place awards in the following categories: advanced process control software, neural network software and simulation software.
