More and more, car drivers are moving to natural gas. Accordingly the automotive industry’s demands for CNG drive train components are growing. For their efficient control, WIKA offers an ideal pressure gauge from its "INTELLiGauge" product line: the model LIG with Bourdon tube and an electrical output signal.

The product fulfils multiple functions with only a single measuring point. It indicates the pressure of the fuel tank contents, needing no external power, and, at the same time, transmits this information to the vehicle‘s control unit as well as to the level display on the instrument panel. With an LIG the customer thus saves on a measuring instrument and, furthermore, lowers assembly costs.

The product is suitable for pressures up to 400 bar, with various current/voltage signals available. Its stainless steel case offers optimal protection against external influences, such as water splashes in the engine compartment.
