Ionizer Technology

A) Static-Free Space Ionizer

Dust adhesion to the product can be protected if the space itself including the dust drifting in it is thoroughly ionized. From this idea, the “Wall-less Clean Room” is born. And it realizes the dust-adhesion-free environment by inactivating the dust.

B) No-Wind Ionizing

The No-wind ionizing® is indispensable for preventing the particles from scattering and exercising 100% the capability of the clean room/clean bench.

C) Explosion-Proof Structure

TRINC has developed the world first models with the Approved Explosion-proof structure and Quasi approved Explosion-proof structure. This enables the ionizing in the flammable environment.

D) Improve DC Ionizing System

The DC ionizing system can generate ions in a larger amount with lower voltage and current as well as ionize more powerfully than AC ionizing system.
As the DC system generates ions from a pair of discharge needles (plus and minus) respectively in the same polarity, it can carry ions far away even without air-blow, making use of the Coulomb's force---ions with the same polarity repulse and that of different polarity attract each other.
TRINC has improved "TAIBS system," the improved DC ionizing system to keep the stable ion balance without affection from the situation.
