Static-Free Space Ionizer
Dust adhesion to the product can be protected if the space itself including the dust drifting in it is thoroughly ionized. From this idea, the “Wall-less Clean Room” is born. And it realizes the dust-adhesion-free environment by inactivating the dust. Unlike conventional ionizers, this ionizing system does not use the fan to send wind which is likely to raise dust and increase the dust-related problems. So this is really the ionizer to create an ideal space for dust-proof purpose. Function and Features
Materialization of no electrostatic environment
The electrostatic-related problems grow greater as the season for the lower humidity starts, so an antistatic measures are indispensable to make the operation steady in the facility as well as to maintain the quality. This Static-free Space Ionizer® ionizes the whole operating space and materializes the no-electrostatic environment like the rainy season in any seasons.
Humidification not required
The humidification all over the factory is generally adopted as an antistatic measure. But there is the case that the humidity cannot be increased or water gives an adverse effect to the quality. This Static-free Space Ionizer® has established the antistatic measures in the less-humidity environment by neutralizing the electrostatic in the space using ions. Optimum for clean environment
Inside the clean room and the clean bench, the air which passes through the HEPA filter becomes a laminar airflow. With the conventional ionizers using the compressed air to carry the radiated ions, it disturbs this laminar flow and encumbers the dust collection at the filter. And also the conventional ionizer positioned right above the work would drop the dust, which is accumulated on the high voltage part, directly on the work, while a pair of these new ionizers is positioned sideways in the space and does not spread dust around the work.
TRINC Anti-Static Mechanism Wall-less clean room
Analyzing the mechanism of the dust adhesion and tracing down how the drafting dust charged with electrostatic (activated dust) sticks on the work, the wall-less clean room inside which everything including drifting dust is ionized as a whole has been materialized.
Optimum for dust removal
Generally, the dust charged with static and removed using the air-gun would rise up and wrap around the work to stick again on the backside of it. However, this Static-free Space Ionizer® makes the dust inactivated and prevents it from wrapping around to stick on the work again.
Power consumption as low as 4W
This Static-free Space Ionizer® is designed to minimize the power consumption by the effective ion-generating construction.
Dust-proof construction model (Optional)
Generally, the ionizer as an instrument generating the high-voltage attracts the dust to its discharging needles and lets it pile up on them, resulting in poor ionizing performance. To the contrary, however, the model incorporating the dust-proof construction has been provided as an optional version.
