The acquisition adds a leader in enterprise wireless LAN technology to Belden's suite of signal transmission solutions for mission-critical applications Belden (NYSE:BDC) has completed the acquisition of Trapeze Networks, a technology leader in wireless LAN equipment and network management software, for a cash price of approximately $133 million.
