Wonderware Announces Expanded Partner Ecosystem With New Innovation Partner Network |
Mtelligence, Kepware and Software Toolbox Selected as First Endorsed Partners
With distributors operating in more than 150 countries and a system integrator (SI) network of greater than 3,000 SIs, Wonderware has one of the largest SI ecosystems in the industry, and it is now being expanded by this new program. The Wonderware Innovation Partner Program is focused on enhancing the integrated value, scope and capacity of solutions delivered to customers and is designed to facilitate improved collaboration and innovation among SI partners and Wonderware. Participation in the program is encouraged across the entire Wonderware solution partner ecosystem which includes leading software and hardware companies, solution providers, SIs and strategic alliances with some of the largest IT, ERP and automation players in the industry. “Wonderware already has an extensive and capable channel and partner network in this market space, and this program should evolve its ecosystem’s capabilities to address an even broader range of operations management solutions for customers,” said Craig Resnick, director of manufacturing research at ARC Advisory Group, an industry research firm. “Wonderware wants to provide customers and partners with the ability to extend their innovation capabilities,” said Sudipta Bhattacharya, president of Wonderware. “By having partners and customers use this common software platform and toolset, they can accelerate their pace of innovation, ability to differentiate and capability to collaborate and re-use solutions across the extensive Wonderware ecosystem which includes more than 4,000 companies.” The three relationship tiers in the Wonderware Innovation Partner Program include Registered, Certified and Endorsed, with Endorsed being reserved for the closest business relationships. Endorsed partner offerings are promoted, sold and have first-line support provided by the Wonderware distribution network. Certified and Endorsed members of the new program also benefit from technology sharing, joint marketing and business development, sales support and Wonderware overall knowledge and expertise in the marketplace. The first partners that have exceeded Registered and Certified requirements, and have been invited to be Wonderware Endorsed Partners include Mtelligence, Kepware and Software Toolbox. Mtelligence is a leading provider of maintenance intelligence solutions that link plants and businesses. The company’s flagship product, MIMOSA Interop Server (MIS), enables Wonderware customers to seamlessly integrate plant floor systems with the leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor Datastream, AssetPoint Tabware and Indus EMPAC. Kepware Technologies, a leader in communications for automation, expands the breadth of Wonderware device communications options. In conjunction with Kepware, Software Toolbox also was selected to provide extended support on the Kepware products. “Wonderware and its channel have had strong relationships with Mtelligence, Kepware and Software Toolbox for many years,” said Thomas Muth, director of the Wonderware Innovation Partner Program. “In particular, Kepware and Software Toolbox provide additional device connectivity for Wonderware products and customers should benefit immediately from the combination of offerings provided by these two companies.” An additional resource to the Wonderware Innovation Partner Program is the recently announced Wonderware Developer Network. This service is an on-line collaboration Web site available to all partners and customers participating in the Wonderware Customer First support program.
