MALAYSIA – National Instruments celebrates the official relocation grand opening of a spanking new office in Selangor, Malaysia with a ribbon-cutting ceremony,complete with an exuberant lion dance performance and Malay kompang reception. Headquartered in Singapore, National Instruments ASEAN has regional offices in Malaysia,Thailand and the Philippines. The first branch office located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was set up in 1998 and staff strength had been growing rapidly ever since. Selangor, being the most industrialized state of Malaysia is the first and strategic choice when it is foreseen that a move to bigger premises is necessary. The decision to go ahead with the relocation at this critical period of economic recession signifies the confidence and tenacity of a company that is renowned for its virtual instrumentation approach and graphical design programming platform.
