New products include CompactPCI® blades, PICMG® 1.3 SBCs and COM Express™ modules

ADLINK Technology, Inc., a leading provider of embedded platform products and services, today announced the availability of new embedded products based on the 2nd generation Intel® Core™ processor family with 32nm process technology. ADLINK has implemented these processors in form factors ranging from 3U CompactPCI processor blades to PICMG 1.3 single board computers to COM Express computer-on-modules. These highly-integrated embedded solutions offer customers advanced technologies and new levels of computing performance for applications including transportation, military, factory automation, medical and gaming.

ADLINK's new embedded platforms utilize the new Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors and Intel® Q67 chipset and Intel® QM67 Express chipset. The ADLINK Express-HRis a COM Express module with the new type 6 pinout which provides a wide range of digital display interfaces for today's embedded applications. It features the Intel Core™ i7 processor and Intel® QM67 Express chipset, PCI Express Gen2, and SATA 6 Gb/s. The cPCI-3970, a 3U CompactPCI blade with PICMG 2.30 CompactPCI PlusIO compliancy, also incorporates the Intel Core™ i7 processor and Intel® QM67 Express chipset. ADLINK also presents the NuPRO-E340, a PICMG 1.3 System Host Board based on the Intel Core™ i7/i5 processor and Intel Q67 Express chipset with support for Intel® Active Management Technology 7.0. Samples of these new products will be available in Q1, 2011.

ADLINK will also release other industrial and embedded solutions based on the 2nd generation Intel® Core™ processor family later this year in ATX, Mini-ITX, EPIC and CompactPCI 6U form factors.
