As a way to recognize the best preferred suppliers and partners, GEA, one of the world's largest systems suppliers for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors, annually hosts the GEA Supplier Summit, a significant event for strategic discussions, presentation of innovative and the sustainable solutions and exchange of ideas with suppliers on key topics, seeking best practices.

During the event, which took place on the 14th of September in Berlin, suppliers were also honored in five categories (Supplier of the Year, Sustainability, Digitalization, Innovation, and Value Creation), and WEG received the GEA Supplier award in the Innovation category, being chosen among 80 preferred suppliers.
